Sick Note Policy & Certification Guidelines
Sick notes are provided in accordance with current medical guidelines and can only be issued after a telephone consultation with one of our clinicians. This ensures that your symptoms are properly assessed and that appropriate medical advice is given before any certification is granted.
Where clinically appropriate, sick notes may be backdated for up to three days to cover recent illness. Each certificate can cover a maximum period of five days at a time. If you require a longer period of certification, a follow-up consultation may be necessary to review your condition and determine ongoing fitness for work.
